実は私もこの図書を購入しました。それも出てすぐのときでした。

アマゾンのレビューにもある通り、単に法律はこうなっているからこう作れ式のものでない、現場の実際に合ったアイデアがたくさん盛り込んでありまして、オススメできる図書だと思います。

特に、ある程度基礎的な就業規則や労働基準法に関する知識を持った方や、自分で実際に就業規則の作成を手がけたことがあるというような方がこの本を読みますと、より役に立つのではないかと思います。
